Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 15 days after delivery for all domestic orders and within 30 days after delivery for all international orders.

Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.

Items purchased during sales are not eligible for return and exchange.

All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of MY BALLERINE reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

Please email: support@myballerine.sg with the following information: -

  • Your Name (As per invoice)
  • Your email address 
  • Invoice number / Order ID
  • Reason for exchange.

If you would like to exchange sizes, please state clearly which size that you want us to resend to you.

Domestic Order Exchange

You will be contacted via email to arrange for your pick-up service. FREE pick-up service will be arranged for the FIRST time exchange, shipping charges for the pick-up service will be borne by MY BALLERINE. 

For subsequent exchange request, a service fee of $6.00 is applicable.

Please note that additional charges may apply if any pick-up attempt (including the FREE pick-up) has failed and reschedule is required.

International Order Exchange

You will be contacted via email on how to ship the product to us. Shipment fee will be borne by buyer. 

 

RETURN

We accept returns due to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s) within 15 days after delivery for all domestic orders and within 30 days after delivery for all international orders

Please email: support@myballerine.sg with the following information: -

  • Your Name (As per invoice)
  • Your email address (As per your registered account name in www.myballerine.sg)
  • Invoice number / Order ID
  • Reason for return.

Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.  

Domestic Order Return

You will be contacted via email to arrange for your pick-up service. FREE pick-up service will be arranged. Shipping charges for the pick-up service will be borne by MY BALLERINE.

Please note that additional charges may apply if any pick-up attempt (including the FREE pick-up) has failed and reschedule is required.

International Order Return

You will be contacted via email on how to ship the product to us. Shipment fee will be borne by buyer. 

Other Reasons Return (Domestic Order ONLY)

For the returns due to other reasons other than wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), a pick-up service can be arranged. Summit your request by email: support@myballerine.sg. A service fee of $6.00 is applicable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that additional charges may apply if any pick-up attempt has failed and reschedule is required.

 

MY BALLERINE reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged and used condition.

 

REFUND 

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once MY BALLERINE received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher/ code. You will receive a refund only for the amount paid. If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially. You will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that we will not entertain exchange/return requests if information provided is not complete or invalid.
